The landscapes of Alaska are some of the most alluring reasons to visit in the winter. Get up close to a glacier or explore up in the mountains for a ride you’ll never forget! Embracing the cold in Alaska opens up so many incredible adventures. There’s nothing quite like seeing the backcountry from a snowmobile. You’ll just have to come along for a ride to find out!

The Most Thrilling Snowmobile Ride: The Extreme Powder Experience

Up your pow stoke with an experience that is bound to leave any rider smiling big. With this full day adventure, we take you where the riding is best. If there is fresh powder we’ll ride from our home base but most often we head up in the mountains north of Palmer to our favorite riding spots. We’ve been snowmachining in these areas for years and cannot wait to share our expertise with you!

The Extreme Powder Experience is meant for experienced sledders who want to hone their powder riding skills! No experience in powder? That’s fine, as long as you have some experience riding snowmobiles we can teach you the rest! This customizable experience allows you to choose the landscape you want to ride in, conditions allowing.
From unique overlooks of the Knik Glacier, to forests with incredible mountain views, or powder filled fields with a mountain backdrop, your adventure is going to be an epic one!

We’ll start the day at our home base in Palmer to get you geared up for your ride. From there we’ll decide on the best trail to hit and trailer out machines as needed. Follow us to the trailhead for a more private experience.

With trips capped at 4 guests, our guides will be able to teach you and your buddies new riding techniques or allow you to hone in on the skills you already have. Get excited to see parts of Alaska best accessed by snowmobile!
