Where We Ride
We’re lucky to have amazing trails accessible right from our home base! When the snow conditions allow you’ll be riding out the Knik River Valley past the Chugach Mountains with stunning views of the Knik Glacier. Your experience matters to us & good snow dictates where we ride. There are popular areas for riding that we trailer to when necessary! All have stunning views and offer a variety of fun landscapes to ride through!
Extreme Powder Experience
This powder riding adventure is a full day, highly customized excursion!
We cap our powder riding adventure at 2-4 people sent with 1-2 of our knowledgeable guides. We chase good powder and teach/ride with all different skill levels from never ridden in powder before to very experienced riders looking to hone technique. Our powder riding groups are small and geared toward a private experience so that each person gets what they want out of the trip.
We are excited to always ride on the latest, best SkiDoo powder machines. This year our tours feature the 2024 SkiDoo Summit 850 X 154 and 165.
Our tours begin at our home base in Palmer where we get you outfitted with all the gear, from there we trailer out to some of the best powder riding locations! For powder riding experiences we typically ride in the Eureka area about 1.5 hours north of Palmer. This area has the most diverse types of riding including; swamps, bowls, lakes, boone docking. You’ll be able to learn/practicing skills such as reentries, carving and other types of playing!
Our small group size for powder riding days allow us to focus on quality over quantity. Our timing is based on hours of good riding without the stress of capping mileage. This is a high-stoke, fast paced experience where you’ll get to learn technique and see areas of Alaska that aren’t accessible by trail!

Riding Requirements
Our Snowmobiles do not require prior experience! Riding a snowmobile requires coordinated physical input & you need to use your body to be actively involved with the steering and driving of the snowmobile for proper operation.
The maximum amount of weight a double-rider snowmobile can accommodate is a total of 375 pounds. If clients combined weight is over 375 pounds, we recommend they ride single.
Reservation Policy
Due to limited capacity, advance reservations are highly recommended. If booking by phone, a credit card is required to confirm and hold your reservation at time of booking. Payment is due upon check-in at our office. We accept cash, check, Visa, M/C , American Express or Discover. Cancel up to 30 days prior to tour date with no penalty.
Guide Gratuity
Guide gratuities are not included in the tour price. Tipping is not expected but it is very much appreciated. Any amount is appreciated, in general people tip 5-10%.
